Frameworks was created for people who spend their days caring for others and need a place to reconnect with themselves.
What Membership Makes Possible
Whether you come to make art through one of our Creative Experiences, write, work on a small creative project, sketch, read, enjoy a cup of tea, or to just spend time alongside people who value creativity, curiosity, and connection, membership offers a way to make creativity, reflection, and community part of everyday life.
Frameworks is designed to support healthier, more meaningful ways of living and caring for ourselves and one another.
Some days you may come to work. Other days, you may come to reflect, think, connect, or enjoy being in a space that gives you room to hear yourself again and be yourself. Whatever brings you through the door, we hope you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and a little more like yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be an artist?
Not at all. No art experience is required. Members come to write, read, reflect, sketch, work on projects, explore an art kit, or simply make time for something that matters to them.
Is Frameworks a coworking space?
Not exactly. You’re welcome to bring work, writing, research, or a project , but Frameworks is more than a place to get things done. It’s a creative wellness space where you can work with purpose, create with curiosity, recharge, and be inspired by the ideas, projects, and people around you.
What kinds of creative projects are appropriate during membership hours?
Membership hours are great for journaling, sketching, writing, reading, art kits, and small creative projects that work well in a shared space. Workshops and Creative Experiences offer opportunities for more involved artmaking, materials, and facilitated experiences.
Is membership required?
No. You can experience Frameworks in different ways. We offer memberships, drop-in access, workshops, Creative Experiences, and other public programs throughout the year.
What if I’m looking for additional support?
Frameworks is a creative wellness space and is not a substitute for mental health treatment or crisis services. If additional support would be helpful, we’re happy to connect you with appropriate community resources and referrals whenever possible.
